Engineering teams still break work down by hand. Existing PM tools are calendars and boards; they do not help turn a messy goal into structured tasks that stay inside a real product with auth, billing, and deploy.

I built Ravel as founder and full-stack lead. Backend: Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring Security JWT, PostgreSQL, email, AWS S3 uploads, OpenAPI, Stripe and Creem billing (including redeem codes), Docker, and CI/CD. Frontend: Nuxt for dashboard, projects/tasks, Gantt, auth, and billing. An LLM-backed task breakdown path runs on the Spring Boot side. TypeScript + Playwright cover functional, integration, and API tests across 50+ APIs and 100+ endpoints.

One codebase owns the product story from natural-language intake to Gantt and paid plans. AI sits inside the same auth, data, and billing boundaries as the rest of the app, which is the point for production LLM work.
